Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms apply to the ibogaine.org.nz website and Treatment Companion App. "Ibogaine NZ", "we", "us" and "our" mean Ibogaine NZ Ltd. "Customer" means a Practitioner, Clinic or Network that subscribes to the app. "Customer Data" means information that a Customer or its authorised users enter or upload to the app.
Use of the app
A Customer receives a limited right to use the app for its own professional or organisational purposes during its subscription, subject to its plan and user limits. The Customer may authorise its clinicians, staff and, where enabled, patients to use the relevant features. The Customer is responsible for managing access and ensuring that it has authority to enter information into the app.
The Customer and its users must use the app lawfully, protect their sign-in details, respect other Customers' records, and not interfere with the service or its security. The Customer must promptly remove access when a user no longer needs it.
Clinical responsibility
The app records and organises information entered by users. It may display assessments, workflow steps, reports and prompts for clinician review. It does not independently obtain measurements from separate medical equipment, diagnose, prescribe, provide treatment, or replace qualified clinical judgement. App outputs are not a determination that a patient is safe or suitable for treatment and are not a substitute for appropriate equipment, monitoring, emergency planning or emergency care.
The Customer and its clinicians remain responsible for clinical decisions, prescriptions, treatment, patient notices and consent, verifying information, applying appropriate protocols, monitoring, responding to emergencies, and complying with professional standards and local law. The app is not for emergencies and does not authorise the supply or administration of any medicine. Medication changes must be managed by the patient's prescribing clinician.
Customer Data and privacy
The Customer retains its rights in Customer Data. The Customer authorises Ibogaine NZ Ltd to receive, host, store, back up, display and process Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, support and maintain the service for that Customer, follow the Customer's instructions, or comply with law. We do not use identifiable patient clinical data for another Customer's benefit or for our own unrelated purposes. Our privacy practices are described above.
Trials, fees and ending use
The trial lasts 21 days and does not require a payment card to start. If a licence is not activated, the account may become read-only and existing records are not deleted at that point. Plan limits and current fees are shown on the pricing page and during the licence process. Prices exclude GST/VAT where applicable. Review the price, currency, billing period and cancellation terms before activating a paid licence.
When a subscription ends, access may be limited. Questions about continued access, data export or deletion can be sent through the Contact Enquiry or Suggestion Form on ibogaine.org.nz. Record retention and deletion are subject to the Customer agreement and applicable law.
General
The app is provided as a software service and may be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. We will take reasonable care in providing the service. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by New Zealand law, subject to any mandatory rights or laws that apply to you.
For questions about these terms, use the Contact Enquiry or Suggestion Form on ibogaine.org.nz.
