Licensed outside New Zealand, your organisation sets its own country, timezone, locale, currency, unit system (metric or imperial) and the regulatory statement shown to clinicians and patients. Billing can be issued in your local currency.
It is a clinical record and monitoring aid. It records readings your team takes and flags values against configurable thresholds; it does not diagnose, interpret ECG traces, or replace cardiac telemetry.
Yes. Country, timezone, locale, currency, units and the regulatory wording shown to users are configuration. The clinical core, protocols and thresholds are the same everywhere.
The trial runs 21 days with full functionality. If a licence is not activated, the account becomes read-only — records are retained, not deleted.
Your organisation. Records are scoped by row-level access control: patients can read only their own record, and clinical staff only records within your organisation.
