Documenting multi-site ibogaine research and government trials
Trial sponsors, contract research organisations and government programmes need every site to record the same things the same way. Treatment Companion App gives each site a separate, access-controlled record space while the coordinating team sees de-identified totals.
Treatment Companion App is a documentation and workflow tool. It records what clinicians and patients enter; it does not monitor patients, measure vital signs, judge eligibility or replace the approved study protocol, ethics/IRB conditions or clinical judgement.
What a trial team gets
- Separate regional or site organisations under one Network licence, each with its own staff, seats and patient records.
- Version-controlled protocols with approval history, including a draft US FDA trial documentation template (36-hour schedule, 12-month follow-up).
- Adverse event register with clinician-recorded serious adverse event (SAE) flag, mild/moderate/severe grade and outcome.
- Scheduled follow-up milestones, staff handovers and task acknowledgements across shifts.
- Independent psychiatric clearance and consent records kept on file before dosing.
- De-identified analytics across sites, with groups under 10 patients hidden.
- One-way PDF, CSV, JSON and HL7 FHIR exports plus a downloadable data dictionary for statisticians.
- A timestamped audit trail of who created or changed each record.
Licensing for studies
The Network tier suits multi-site work. An 18-month fixed-term Network licence (no renewal) covers a typical setup, dosing and 12-month follow-up window, and up to 100 licences can be bought in one checkout for separate sites.
Run this in one clinical record
Treatment Companion App organises clinician-entered screening findings and measurements, assessments, adverse events and follow-up records for clinics and prescribers in any jurisdiction. 21-day trial, no card required.
